More About Coach Heath
I have coached for 10 years and been an instructor for the last 2. I have coached age groups from 6-18. I have coached with South Orlando Babe Ruth for 10 years, organized and coached an advanced travel team within the organization for the last 3 years, and have my own baseball instruction business since January 2020. I have typically worked with 9-18 year olds, but can work with age groups above or below.
I attended Clinch Valley College (now University of VA College at Wise) for 1 year and Montgomery College - Rockville for 1 year. Played with Apple Valley Summer Collegiate League in Winchester, VA.
Typical session consists of proper warmup, specific drills and strength conditioning tailored to areas that need worked, and a bullpen session.
