Newly NCCPT Certified, training High School athletes in preparation for college athletics. Coaching out of Self Made Training Facility. Full Spectrum training approach, getting athletes ready physically, mentally, emotionally, and scholastically for college athletics. Getting student-athletes connected with college coaches and meet all requirements to gain as many scholarships as possible.

I lived it, I learned through experience. Now it is my turn to help you. Let’s work together to achieve excellence.

Competed in Track and Field all of High School, being named MVP, Team Captain, and Scholar-Athlete. I specialized in the 400/800m. Led team to back to back CIF Championships and State Meet Qualifiers. Received a full-ride scholarship to run out of state in Louisiana. Unfortunately, got injured from overtraining, but it led me to the opportunity of training others.

During the off-season, we will focus on acquiring strength and maintain endurance. Using weights to control progression. As we get closer to the season, we will be implementing more sport specific lifts and working on speed technique. As we roll into the season, we will taper off weights and put all focus on running and breathing techniques to maximize potential and peak at the end of the season.
