5 years of professional coaching experience which includes learn to swim programs, high school head coach, and head age-group coach. Attended the University of North Carolina competing in the freestyle events.
4 time North Carolina state champion in the 200 and 500 Freestyles.
YMCA national champion in the 1500m in 2011.
4 year letterman at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in Men’s Swimming and Diving.
Technique oriented that will give immediate feedback from the pool deck or in the water. We start with progression drills that will build
on each other to help develop you as more well-rounded swimmer.
