More About Coach Grace

I am a RRCA and USATF 1 running coach and a NASM group personal trainer. I also have various group exercise credentials (Insanity, PiYo, Mommy Fitness, Silver Sneakers, Schwinn Cycle, and Youth Fitness). I am also a high school and middle school soccer coach - soccer, track & field, and basketball.

I have coached countless 5k and half marathon group trainings for the beginner and intermediate runner. I have teamed up with local races to enhance their training program such as Seafair and UW Bothell Husky 5k.

I have participated in countless 5ks, half marathons, marathon, relay races, and obstacle course races.

My goals have changed over the years. My journey began with just being able to "finish" a 5k race. Then, I wanted to be faster. Currently, I am recovering from knee surgeries and am happy being pain-free on training runs, as well as races.

I focus on overall health and fitness (because I have a background in personal training and mom-women fitness). After chatting about what YOUR goals are, we will work on a plan that fits your life/schedule and your current abilities. If the plan needs to be tweaked due to your schedule, injuries, etc. we can discuss as needed.

The plan would consist of achievable mini-goals to help support your overall goal. I would help you build a base, and add strength and conditioning if applicable.

Great training session. Very interesting and very knowledgeable coach. Only issue that I have is that I did not ever receive the email feedback that I was told that I would receive including a picture of each skill that was taught to use for practice prior to booking a new session. I am hesitant to rebook due to this lack of information.
