More About Coach Glenn
I have over 10 years of coaching and training experience. Coaching under AAU organizations such as Charlotte Nets, Charlotte Rivals, and NC Hornets. I've coached middle school through high school varsity. Coaching ages from 6yrs to 17yrs old. I work with all levels of player experience from beginner to advance. I also run an AAU travel team program called TEAM GRIND. I've had this organization for 4 years. Along with my training program 4th Quarter Athletics.
I played point guard in high school. Had a scholarship to play at Pheiffer University. Competed against college and pro athletes in local Pro-Ams and adult leagues.

My sessions are focused on mechanics, technique and repetition. We target footwork, while understanding the purpose of each drill while keeping the intensity high. I also add weighted resistance with a Vertimax machine to strengthen explosiveness and focus. Also we work some lessons or with atleast 2-3 other players to create a more competitive environment during the sessions.
