More About Coach Giles

We have been established as a brand for about 3 years now. We've coached all levels, from youth to our pro athletes. We've been endorsed by Nike as well as Adidas over the past 2 years - we've built a solid foundation here in the Bay Area, Ca and has grown to one of the largest sports performance companies in NorCal !

In HS I was an All-American Cornerback (Football), & eventually went on to play for Univ of Nevada. I got my Master's Degree at Palm Beach Atlantic Univ, where I was on full ride basketball scholarship. I played both sports at a very high level and have developed a knack for training at a high intensity.

Each individual program is tailored towards the athletes’ specific need in correlation to their given sport. We identify with four unique styles of training in each session: speed, footwork/agility, power and plyometric training.We train all athletes, all ages, all genders based on their level of competition.
