I have been coaching for 5+ years and I have coached all levels.
I approach coaching as a process. I focus on the details and focus on what "we can do," not what we can't. I really believe in having a strong foundation and building the athlete up from the roots so that their strength and fitness will endure for the period of their season.

I have coached at David Geffen Academy grades 6-8.
I privately coach all ages from 10-18.

Overall, I am committed to the growth of my clients and growth of learning the process. I like to teach my clients how to do things on their own, hold them accountable, and teach them that athletics is similar to life. Athletics takes work, and dedication just as life does.

HIGH SCHOOL
I competed at Mater Dei HS (Graduated 2011). I broke the 100m (11.91), 200m (24.33), 4x100m, and 4x400m records. Last time I checked, my 200m record still stands.

COLLEGIATE
I competed for the University of California Berkeley for 2 years and decided that I needed to have a better program to better support my Olympic dreams.
I decided to transfer to the University of Arizona.
At Arizona, I managed to drop my PR in the 400m from 55 to 53 seconds. I decided to focus all of my energy on the 400m at University of Arizona.
I became a 2x All-American and we broke the Indoor 4x400m school record (3:32)

PROFESSIONAL
I now compete in professional track and field for Italy.
I have competed at World Championships (2019).
Second at Italian Championships 2018 (52.80)
Italian Champion 2019 (52.61)
Ranked 59 in the World as of 2019 Season

I am currently training for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo Japan.

When working with a client, I can tailor to their needs. I can focus on drills, mechanics, strength, and conditioning. In each session there will be a different focus and something to work on.
I want to make sure the athlete develops good habits and not only works out. I focus on the details and focus on the little things that make us better everyday. I am really passionate about the process of learning and growing and I find this through coaching.
