My session plan will include an individualized workout based on the client's entry level. After learning your general/specific, we will progressively work towards your goal!

We will start with a proper warm up with includes dynamic stretching/mobility and then I will prescribe sprint drills, jumping drills, event specific running workouts (event type: 60m - 800m), plyometrics, and hurdle training.

Goal for me is to coach to the best of my ability and ultimately, educate my clients about how to become a better athlete and competitor. I encourage a positive hardworking atmosphere, which will help you grow as an athlete and student of the sport itself.
