To all the parents, faculty and players,
With all the due respect, these are my coaching principles:
I don’t accept profanity and racism in my training.
I don’t condone laziness and my trainings are “way fun” but also very strict.
I have to achieve my set goals and always set the best training and learning environment
I start my trainings with a prayer for safety.
For the new incoming players (these are the tests that they must each go through in order for me to build a good training schedule for them);
{Agility, Aggressiveness, Anticipation, off the ball movement; Vision and positioning; Alertness and mentor focus/strength; Ball control; Passing & Receiving the ball; Calling for the ball; And ball discipline.}. I don’t condone indiscipline and after 3 warning, I cancel the training and give players and their parents’ time to decide on how to handle indiscipline cases.
I encourage good grades, enthusiasm and tenacity and create fantastic sessions.
session focus:
I focus on technique, ball control and movement, change of position, agility, mental toughness and execution. Mobility, strength, and durability are qualities that I reinforce in my team.

Client Reviews
Lee (CoachUp client)
Coach Fredrick did a really good job and was very easy to get along with. I learned some valuable skills even in our first session. Plan to use him again.
Julie (CoachUp client)
Coach Were provided invaluable instruction to my son,which gave him the one-on-one attention and additional skills he needed to make his high school team. Coach Were was very personable. He wanted to know exactly what my sons goals for training were so he could help him achieve them. He provided drills that he could practice on his own as well as spent time on mechanics and details while they were together. My son worked really hard and enjoyed every minute of it!! Highly recommend Coach Were!
