I have coached flag football at Osby Christian academy in Atlanta, GA. I worked with kids from 3rd grade up to the 5th. I also coached the girls soccer team as well while coaching the flag football team.

I played my collegiate football at The Prairie View A&M and was a three year starter playing cornerback, nickel and safety. I also won defensive player of the week my 3rd year the week of October 12th 2015.

I focus on speed, footwork and flexibility. The flexibility will come from us stretching 10-15 minutes before and after the session then my clients would gets some cardio in with different type of sprints. After sprints we would go into footwoork. I will be using numerous footwork drills in order to enhance their footwork and quickness. After footwork we will go into my stamina period. Where I will have my clients participate in different long distance running activities. So that way when the season comes playing a full game will be a breeze. Then we will cool down with our stretching period with a 15-20 min stretch. That would be the end of one of my sessions.
