More About Coach Ezra

First of all thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I have coached Junior High School youth at Columbia Prep Day School in Manhattan NYC and I am currently the Head Varsity Track and Field Coach at The St. Thomas Episcopal Day School here in Houston. I founded my wellness company in 2004. I and my team of coaches train individuals of all ages with respect to nutrition first then fitness. My youngest client is 9 years old and my oldest client is 65. Over the course of a 4 month span I aid clients to reach or get as close to their goals as quickly as possible and injury free. I take my clients grocery shopping and perform fridge and cabinet audits. I also coach food preparation and offer cooking demos for clients. I am National Council on Strength and Fitness Certified PT & Sports Nutrition Specialist, CPR/ AED and First Aid Certified. I have worked at Equinox LA fitness and the Florida International University Recreation Center as PT and Group Fitness instructor while obtaining my MPH in Epidemiology. My specialty is Track and Field and Running but I also love to coach Yoga, Dance, and I have recently started Boxing and Rowing. I am an Olympic Qualifier in the 4x400m for Trinidad and Tobago for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. I attended Georgetown University where I earned All American status in the Distance Medley Relay. While at Georgetown I also garnered two Penn Rely Championship of America Watches in the 4x800m. I also placed second in the State in NY in the 800m my senior year at Science Skills Center HS in Brooklyn NY as well as ranked 3rd in the Nation in the 600m that same year.

3 or 4 x 100 or 150m accelerations with a 200 meter jog as the rest
