More About Coach Evonne

I have coached many middle school and high school athletes on city league teams as well as at schools. I also hold sprint and hurdle camps in my home town and love helping the younger generations improve their skills.

I am a Texas state high school hurdles champion, I am a NCAA all American, BIG 10 Champion in the sprints and hurdles, I am the 2019 60m hurdles silver national champion, professional hurdler.

we will goober proper running technique, we will do strength body weight explosiveness training, speed and conditioning, if your a hurdler we will do hurdle drills as well as plyometrics.
