More About Coach Eureza

I have 6 years as a practicing clinician as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant instructing patients of all athletic abilities & sports injuries. I am currently nationally certified as a strength and conditioning specialist specific for tactile athletes.

I currently compete to run races from 5K to full marathons. I also volunteer at running races by being a pacer who get runners to meet their time goal. In highschool I ran short distances in track and field from 100-200 meters and high jump/triple jump/long jump, volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis. I continued playing tennis recreationally in college as well.

I am here to coach because I want to give back and feel that health & wellness is important! I will first establish goals with you - short and long term, then assess your current level of fitness, what your limitations are, and give you a program to work on. I can also answer your nutrition questions. We would check-in routinely to progress or regress your current program. I am also here for the post-partum mamas out there who need core and pelvic floor strengthening!
