I have been training people of all ages since 2005. I briefly coached High Sports and served as Strength Coach at Woodland HS, Bowman HS and as well as St.Johns HS. I spent the last 6 years overseas as the Strength and Conditioning coach for the US military where I trained all branches at 3 different deployment sites.

An athlete can expect to focus on very specific techniques through out a session starting with a dynamic warm up and ending with a segment focusing solely on flexibility. I would divide sessions into speed/explosive sessions and sport specific conditioning sessions.
