I have worked as a Lacrosse coach for three years. I have coached at the Nostrant Lacrosse camps which I worked with kids in 3th-4th grade. I was a coach at the Big 4 Mini Camps, where I coached and made evaluations for one of the top summer programs in the country. I was evaluating middle schoolers. I also coached at the La Salle College High School lacrosse camps where I taught the 5th-8th grade. I have done private lessons with kids from my local area. I tropically work with kids from 3rd grade to 8th grade.

At La Salle where I play varsity lacrosse. This year for La Salle I was named second team All Catholic League. I play club lacrosse for Big 4 which is arguable the best 2018 club team in the country. I am committed to Monmouth University.

A typical session with me is what the client wants to work on. I would do numerous footwork and agility drills with them. I will improve there shot technique and gain velocity to there shot. Not only stationary shooting but on the run. I will use numerous cone drills to work on the players on the run shot. Play mock defense on the player to improve his dodge and to make sure he's is using his whole body in order to shoot on the run. I do two hand speed drills with softens up a players stick and is essential for the player to accelerate at the next level. If the player is willing I will conditioning at the end only if the player wants to.
