More About Coach Eric

I have coached athletes and helped others train to get in shape, lose weight or reach whatever goal it is that they want. I am a former collegiate sprinter (100m, 200m, 400m, relays) and continue training and running.

My sessions are specialized to each athlete but all focus on technique, form and making sure athletes do what's necessary to stay healthy.

I am an olympic development level soccer player that turned into a collegiate track & field sprinter that focused on 100, 200, 400 and relays. Since college, I have focused on longer distances and have competed in countless 5ks, 10ks, half marathons and marathons all around the world.

My sessions are specialized to each athlete but all focus on technique, form and making sure athletes do what's necessary to stay healthy.

Generally, sessions begin with a comprehensive warm-up, followed by an intense workout that caters to a need that the individual needs.

Eric is a very nice, down to earth guy and he really knows his stuff -- he also knows how to coach kids, and is great at establishing a rapport in order to effectively teach them. My daughter is a competitive soccer player who wants to get faster, and Eric is working with her to improve her sprinting form. Because my daughter is a soccer player, Eric catered his training to focus on the "30 yard sprints" that soccer is all about. He does a great job diagnosing her issues in order of importance, and explaining them to her in a way that she understands. Eric is also giving her very practical exercises to help her retrain her running style. I recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their sprinting form. And like I said, he's a really nice guy, good personality.

Eric is an excellent coach. He has detailed knowledge of the mechanics of sprinting and warm-up drills.
He also has a keen eye for picking up the flaws in a runner's mechanics.
