I have coached boys and girls from ages 7-13. I was the head coach of a middle school girls basketball team in West Palm Beach and a volunteer coach for the City of West Palm Beach. My certifications include USA Basketball Gold License and I am a Certified Youth Sports Administrator with the National Alliance for Youth Sports.

I played basketball from elementary through high school and also played recreationally in college at the University of South Florida. In high school I won the award for Most Improved Player. I played on the Junior Varsity and Varsity levels in high school.

During sessions I like to focus on the fundamentals of basketball. I believe that when you learn the core skills, everything else comes much easier. I like to work on conditioning as well to help build up stamina. We also do a lot of ball handling drills. My main goal is to encourage young women through the game of basketball and apply life lessons through the game as well.
