More About Coach Emily

I have coached elementary - high school aged long distance runners. These runners were associated with competitive running clubs in the community.

In high school I was a 10 time state champion, and competed in national cross country and track meets - long distance events. I went on to compete at Syracuse University (D1) where I did cross country, indoor & outdoor track (5k). Post-collegiately I compete in marathons, Boston 2019 - 3:06, Chicago 2019 - 2:58, Erie 2018 - 2:56

I would plan to provide long distance weekly, monthly, and race-prep training plans - these plans would include strength exercises, specific race prep workouts, and check-ins on how training is going.
I am happy to do these training plans for mile - marathon race distances
A session would consist of reviewing a workout prior to the workout and a check-in afterwards. I would also provide 'pep talks' and other motivational sessions pre-race as needed.
