More About Coach Elizabeth
I offer 15 years of dynamic experience coaching & training a variety of individuals- from clients post-injury and physical therapy/rehab services to helping athletes step outside their comfort zone to become better, well-rounded individuals by working to challenge their fitness routines.
Injuries? No problem. My specialty is working with clients that are currently injured, were previously injured or want to prevent causing injury. I will treat clients with an injury and we will bridge that gap together between ending physical therapy and return to normal function/continue with personal training.
I typically work with any age range from pre-adolescent-teens-adults-older adult/geriatic populations on a daily basis, but can also discuss accommodations for younger children as needed.
I carry many specialty certifications normally seen in a group environment and am happy to individualize these benefits to our sessions and training together.

In a typical session, we'll review how you felt after our last workout together as well as following up on your "homework"- whether that be movement, mobility or nutrition based homework. This helps to identify weak spots for us to focus on improving.
We will test for improvement, as well as work to establish new baselines and create a plan for you to continue moving forward on- these may include skills, drills or technique based movements.
