Depending on the level in which athletes are on, would determine the types of exercises and techniques that would be instructed during the session. Sessions are focused on what the athlete needs to improve on. Coach would have a brief conversation with athlete to see what they would like to work on. Through observation coach would advise athlete what areas need more improvement and coach would also identify athlete's strengths.
