I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have been working as Personal trainer and Group Fitness trainer for 4 years. I work with people in different fitness levels with the goal of improving body composition, physical performance and strength.

The sessions will be 45 min to an hour, depending on the fitness level of the client. The sessions will consist of exercises for core stabilization, endurance, max strength and power.
