I have been training baseball athletes for 5 years. I have coached kids who are 3 or 4 years old, all the way to adults who were upwards of 40 years old. I have trained athletes in various facilities both when I was in Chicago and where I currently live, New York.

I played two years of college baseball. I played one year of Division II college baseball in Chicago, Il and one of Division II in New York. During the summer I played on showcase and scout teams, such as the the South Florida Bandits and the Sachel Paige All Stars. I Unfortunately had to stop because of Tendinitis in my knees.

With each client it would be different based on their skill level. I will not jump into a session and do random baseball drills. The first lesson would be me analyzing the techniques the client is using, whether it be hitting, fielding, or throwing, to see where their initial skill set is at. After that, the lessons after we would be working on each the flaw the client has.
