I’ve been coaching for 8 years and hold a national D USSF license and will be going for my C license which allows me to coach division 1 soccer
I have coached at all local clubs and now train a 2004 Silver Elite Boys Team and a 2001 Girls Gold Team
My athletic highlight would have to be playing at a premier team with Apex. Playing at such a high level truly defined my mental and physical aspect on life
When I begin a session with a player, I study their overall skills. Once I see their strengths and weaknesses, I then build sessions around it to improve those weaknesses and excel their strenghts
