First session with Coach Ed was really good. My daughter enjoyed her interaction with him and he was very patient with her. I especially liked how he focused on specific details and explicitly called out what she needed to do to enhance her strokes and flip turns. My daughter is new to the competitive swim circuit, but we are taking her course of action to become a strong and highly competitive swimmer seriously; she enjoys the sport so much and loves being in the water so it's a natural sport for her. It is incredibly helpful to have a resource like CoachUp with access to very good, highly qualified, with extensive coaching experience in this sport like Coach Ed. Coach ED can flat out coach!!! My daughter is a high school swimmer who has hit a plateau. Ed got in the water with her asked her to "show him what she's got." He watched her swim for 25 yards and knew right away what needed to be fixed. She left her very first session energized and anxious to swim in her next meet!

She a very accomplished swimmer and has great coaching with her team, however I thought she might benefit from some one on one time.
