I currently have 9 years coaching at the high school level. Which includes jv and varsity. I held positions as defensive coordinator and linebacker's coach. I coached football and track 5 years at Notre Dame Riverside, and 1 year at Rubidoux high school.

I was the Texas high school sprint champion NEISD. In the 100m dash my personal record was a 10.47. I also ran the 200m dash (21.71). I had the opportunity to play for Stephen F Austin university, but chose to attend LaSierra university in pursuing a medical career.

I focus a lot on technique, making sure every athlete is doing things the right way so injury is avoided. I tend to build an athlete up to reach their potential. Eventually it will come to a point where the athletes I train feel they have no ceiling. The athletes always feel as if my workouts are easy not realizing how much work they are putting in. For example, day one an athlete may only run 5 suicides. After two weeks they are now running 10 suicides. I will continue to push an athlete to have no ceiling. If 10 is what I get we will push to 15 and so on. The athletes will always feel like my workouts are doable and fun not realizing how much work is being put in.
