My sessions normally takes a player oriented approach, I do a lot of technical drills using techniques of all legal parts of the body. First touch, body orientation, head on a swivel before receiving, inside foot outside foot control and pass, attacking third awareness, shooting, defensive stance, tackling, defensive headers/attacking headers, short sequence passing, long driven, floated passes, penetrating dribbles, crossing on the ground, crossing in the air. Free kicks, corner kicks, penalty kick. Athletes can expect to be properly warmed up with the ball most times, then gradually progress to a technical drill, always having a higher or lower challenge affect depending on the athlete, I always ensure that a tactical message is included in the technical drills because I believe it must be realistic at all times. I speak Spanish and English hence communication is also one of my key element.
