More About Coach Dustin

I have been coaching the Quarterback position as well as Wide Receiver and other positions for the past 5 years in the San Diego area. I am a former Division 1 QB from Villanova University who uses drills, techniques and mechanics from different division 1 colleges from across the country. I have played football since the age of 4 so I understand how to truthfully analyze and give my honest opinion of the athletes/kids I train.

South Jersey record for career Passing Touchdowns and Passing Yards. 1st team all conf. 3 years. 4 years varsity starter. 1st team all New Jersey. Player of the Year Junior and Senior year of High school (South Jersey) Full Ride to Villanova University. Started at Villanova my redshirt freshman year.

I use a unique set of drills to continue to develop the athlete. Most of my training is for Quarterbacks while I also train the other skill positions like WR, RB & DB. Footwork is important for any athlete but especially the skill position. As a QB we will go over proper throwing mechanics & technique. Footwork drills, proper foot placement when throwing the ball and using our hips instead of our arm to throw. Similar to a baseball player when he hits, he does not generate power just by swinging his arms but he uses his hips to generate that power. I have specific drills for the other skill positions as well including hand-eye coordination, solid footwork in small spaces & reaction drills. I have had some clients for 3 years plus & have always found ways to continue to challenge the athlete.

Coach Dustin is a great Teacher. I coach for 15 years so to see someone with so much knowledge and understanding of the game is refreshing. I can see he been coached and played for some great coach's. To have the ability to teach and enjoy making my son smile is what its all about. Anyone can have coach infront of there name, but can you teach. You cant teach if you haven't been taught.
