More About Coach Diana
I currently work training college level swimmers at Lewis University as an assistant coach. I have experience with individual practices of athletes from different ages. I am very passionate about coaching and helping other swimmers to grow and improve themselves.
I have experience in high school, collegiate, club, and international competitive swimming. I swam 4 years in Emmanuel College, a Division 2 school. Where I was awarded swimmer of the week 4 times, and also received the award of female record breaking in 2015.
The type of focus on the session depends on the level of the athlete. Having that in account a regular session will be divided in warm up, specific drills, and a main set where the athlete puts in practice the drills.
