On various days we would go through diff sessions.
Workouts usually last 1hr 15mins. Each day focusing on an array of skills.

Monday: Footwork and stability drills with conditioning.
Tuesday: more focus on basics. Shooting, dribbling, passing, defense etc. each in specific breakdowns and repetitive movements.

Wed: game shots ball screens and reads.

As a coach or trainer want to make a nice atmosphere for the trainee.
Necessary equipment needed in order to train at the highest level.
