Hello, welcome. I have been running track since 2005 and coaching athletes since 2014. I coach from 4 years old up to the high school level. I am a dedicated professional helping to aid kids to success.

I primarily focus on speed, endurance, plyometrics and jumps (long jump). Technique is also essential. My athletes will warm up, do drills (ploys) and a workout will follow. The weight room plays a huge roll in my coaching sessions as well.
