I have been coaching since 2011. I have coached multiple sports and multiple levels from elementary school to high school. I usually work with athletes at the high school level. I am open to develop talent at all ages. I do not have a valid coaching certification anymore. I have coached basketball at the middle school and high school level. I have coached football at the high school level. I have coached track and field at all levels.

In high school I was a two time state hurdler in both the 110 and 300 hurdles. I also ran at the colligate level. My senior year of college I ranked in the top 20 in the nation for 400m hurdles. I have had the opportunity of coaching two state champion track teams and have been fortunate enough to get individual athletes to the state track meet every year in their respected events.

While training with me, I start at the basics and then work my way up. We always start with a light warm up run. That is then followed up by some dynamic stretching. We then go into skip and bounding drills. This is the foundation for any sport that I train. Running is the bases of most sports. So the more explosive and faster you are, then the more like your performance will increase.
