I am an F licensed coach and a father of 2 athletic boys. I have played soccer my whole life and train and coach boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 8. I also have run training clinics for up to 20 kids between the ages of 3 and 8

My session plan is dictated by the child(ren). A normal session includes 10 to 15 minutes of agility training and proceeds into 1v1 training as well as dribbling and passing. Again the plan is dictated by the child/parents request
