More About Coach Dan

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I also graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Applied Exercise Science. I have worked with athletes and the general population for the past 5 years. I have held titles such as; Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a College in Worcester, personal trainer, sports performance coach, lacrosse coach, and fitness coach.

I have been lucky enough to have worked with a diverse range of clients, which has broadened my knowledge of training and nutrition.

For lacrosse I am still ranked top 25 in points in Massachusetts all time scoring. I was a 2 time captain, 2 time mvp, 4 time league all star, 4 time cmass all star, 2 time T & G Super Team. 354 career high school points.

For Soccer I was All State, 3 time Cmass All Star, T & G Super Team.

Each session will be catered to the clients goals. We will begin with a warm up that includes activation and injury prevention. Next we will go into footwork drills. From here the session will be geared towards the speed and agility goals of the client. Each session will end with a cool down and stretch.
