My mom is one of the best tennis coaches in Israel and I have been helping her coaching her groups of kids and adults. I have worked in summer camps, with competitive level juniors and privately with kids, teenagers and adults. I have played tennis professionally until the age of 21, been ranked first in Israel for 3 consecutive years. I was ranked 95 in the world in Juniors(ITF) and top 1000 in the world in Adults(ATP).

It really depends on the experience of the client. It can be all the way from building techniques up until playing on a high level and just working on tactics and mental work. Also doing spesific physical work with clients to get there cardio, strength and footwork better.
