All my sessions will have 3 to 4 stages depending on the athlete
1) warm up (with and without the ball)
2) drill 1 - will introduce the athlete into the main focus of the session (we would do a variation adding levels of difficulty)
3) drill 2 - We emulate real game situations where the athlete will experience different variations all aiming to improve any specific concept whether its about technique with the ball or understanding of the game and position on the field.
4) game to cool down and improve technique.
Each session will certainly be adjusting accordingly to the players need and desire to improve in specific areas of the game. To this we have to ad Age, and psychical capacity.
