More About Coach Danielle

I've worked as one of the head Sports Performance Trainers at Athletic Republic in Norwood for almost 6 years. We have programs built for all skill levels (beginner to elite) for athletes as young as 10-years-old up to any age. I design strength, plyometric, speed, and agility workouts customized for an athlete's individual needs and goals. I specialize with high school and college level athletes (both male and female), but also teach adult fitness and junior (ages 8-10) classes during my shifts. I have my CPT (certified personal training license) through ACE and am AR level 3 certified.

I was a three sport athlete in high school and received the tri-athlete award. My passion was (and still is) soccer and I went on to join the Curry College Colonels for my 4 years there with a starting position every game I participated in (excluding the season not played due to a knee and foot injury).

A client will always begin with a dynamic warm-up that will target every muscle group and then move into more metabolic movements to get their heart rate up. After they've activated their bodies for the workout I'll typically focus on mobility and hip strengthening using mini bands. The bulk of the workout will consist of what the client's needs/goals are-I usually incorporate ladders, cones, hurdles, sleds, resistance runs, speed training on AR's patent treadmill, propioception work on AR's patent plyofloor, and a strength program. The details and specifics of the workout will depend on the client's skill level and progression. The session will always end with a static stretch and foam rolling.
