All sessions are designed and geared toward developing the individual through repetition and attention to detail. Session require's players to work at "game speed' and with a high intensity level. An hour session generally incorporates a technical warmup/foot work patterns, passing and moving followed by repetitions toward goal and heavy focus on technical ability with a step by step breakdown.
