I'm dedicated to helping players improve their game. My goal to help each player reach THEIR goals. By using 25 plus year of Youth, HS and coaching experience, I developed players with up-tempo drills, maximum amount of touches. Training sessions develop the box-methods of tight skill drills with quick hands. On the defensive side I work on feet, hands, position and checks. I teach player's potential as a lacrosse player, while helping them build strong character to help them off the field.
