More About Coach Dalton

Strength, Conditioning, & Mobility Training. Currently work for Nike Dallas Football Club as a Strength & Conditioning coach as well as work with all athletes individually with Hip Mobility, Rehabilitation, & Flexibility. Most of my teaching has come from my Mentors which include Former NFL Player Thomas Everett, Dr. Kelly Starrett, Glen Cordazo, as well as Strength Coach & Gym Owner Mark Madole. I currenlty work with athletes at all levels & All sports from Middle School to College as well as athletes that currently compete at professional levels such as the NFL & UFC.

I attended Allen High school & competed in both Football & Wrestling. As a football player I was part of 3 state championship & undefeated seasons as a middle linebacker. As a wrestler I was a part of 4 Dual state title chamionships, 4 State Title championships, 4X District Championships, 4X Regional Championships, 4x District Champion, Regional and State placer, FreeStyle and Greco 3x State Championship & 3X Team Texas Qualifier. College football - Fort Lewis College & Texas Wesleyan University and Wrestled for RLCJUCO - 2X Conference Champion & National Qualifier.

A Typical Session with me will depend on the clients goals. For Example, If I am working with an athlete we will be focusing on Strength, Conditioning, Mobility, & also Explosive & Atheltic movements that will translate to the Athletes specific sport.. We will then also Mix in Rehabilitation Movements in order to improve not only improve athletic performance but also to prevent Injury/Stiffness.. If I am working with a client that has more of Lifestyle,Fat loss,Muscle gain Goals then the sessions will consist of full body workouts with a higher cardio vascular tempo/pace while also providing the client with a meal plan & Rehabilitation & Mobility Movements.
