After the first session of learning about a new client, every session following is designed to maximize touches and awareness. A player’s ability to make decisions with purpose is crucial. A ball focused warm up kicks off our session followed by a dynamic starter. My goal is to design sessions that cater to your skill level and goals with a “why” attached.

Coach Crystal helped my game tremendously when I wasn't getting much playing time during my freshman year of college. She was really focused on the small details. Fast forward to preseason of my sophomore year and I was being considered a starter for preseason matches. Eventually, that carried into the season. I was starting games before I became injured.
Crystal was amazing with my daughter who struggled to control a soccer ball during their first session together. While my daughter developed, she also became more confident on the field. Crystal continues to be a great mentor and really has helped my daughter become a better soccer player and young girl.
