More About Coach Cristina

My name is Cristina. I am a fitness instructor and coach but I prefer to call myself better as an educator. I try to educate people in their daily routine from exercise to nutrition advises. I am a Kinesiologist and I have a PE degree. I am a NASM certified trainer and a Nutrition Specialist, I am also certified Spinning instructor and CPR.
I like to help Clients set meaningful, realistic goals that help them see progress during every step of their fitness journey.
Motivation and professional attitude are the keys of my work along with passion and creativity.
I work with people trying to go always through safe workout, corrective exercise and substitute movement when they feel pain or they have precondition on their history.
I have experience with boot-camp, HIT, one on one PT, Strength training and weight loss, back school and corrective exercises, senior fitness, Aqua Gym and Swimming.

During high school and college I use to play volleyball at a professional level in a C division in Italy and I did Karate Kumite competition. I also participate in Regional Swimming competitions.

How does it work? 10 min stretching and warm up 30 min strength training 10 cool down and stretching . During training we have conversation about nutrition and other health issues. Assessments are included in your sessions.

I’ve been training with Cristina for almost 4 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I am training twice a week, on a personal one-on-one sessions and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. Cristina is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I had a previous trainer who was not really caring about my goals and was more doing whatever exercises was provided by his software. I can feel that Cristina prepares each training session with care and customizes it so I can reach my goals. She is always on time and can adjust her schedule in a short notice which is extremely important to me. I have recommended Cristina in the past and will continue to do so as she is the best trainer I ever had!
When I trained with Cristina, I found the experience both fun and physically rewarding. It was a combination of cardio and strength training and Cristina made sure that everyone was using the correct form to prevent injuries. If I still lived in Michigan I would still be training with her.

My experience with Cristina was outstanding, she helped me so much with a variety of issues such as neck and back pains and always pushed me to do more. The work out routines she created for me fit my body and limits really well. She's the right person to go to for any workouts for weight loss, cardio and toning, she follows you step by step patiently.
I have been training with Cristina for a few months with great results. I had not been to the gym in years and didn’t like the “being on display” gym environment so personal training in her home is the perfect situation for me. She is super motivating and pushes me to always move forward and do better and elevate myself. I also appreciate her advice for a total fitness approach and she helps with ideas for diet, exercise and healthy habits to give me more than just a workout. She is the total package. Although I have some back problems from the past, her workout is designed for just me and my issues - so the personal sessions aren’t cookie cutter and are designed for me and my body.
