I have 30+ years of experience including:
10 years at the University of Virginia then four years with the Chicago Fire in MLS then six years at DePaul University in Chicago.
I was a high school All-American in Rochester New York then a Junior College All American in Rochester then on to Brockport State in NY. I played in the NASL and MISL from 1976-1982
The session plans are based on high intensity technical training focusing on technical speed. I also will focus on techniques that need specific improvement.
