More About Coach Craig

I have been coaching football for the better part of a decade. I've coached from youth all the way up to the DIII college level, including post-education developmental teams. I am certified through Soldiers to Sidelines, which is a non-profit that connects veterans to NFL and College level coaches/programs for mentorship and professional development. I've coached football at Firebaugh High, Kerman High, South Sound Community College, Reedley College, Pacific Lutheran University, The SeaTac Cobras, The Tacoma Sabers, and am currently the Head Coach for The Valley Vikings.

I was an accomplished high school athlete, competing in track, wrestling, football, and cross country. I was an 800m competitor whose time ranked 3rd in the world during the 98-99 Junior Olympic I ran cross country in college before joining the military. After the military I played junior college football and began my career coaching.

Each client or family have different goals that they want to accomplish. Most practice plans are based on the skill/knowledge level of the athlete, but typically follow a methodical approach. Sessions begin with dynamic warm ups which transition to drill designed to develop position specific skills. Chalk-talk and film sessions are also possible. Prior to training athletes, I typically like to have conversations with the athlete/parent to figure out a plan that works best for them.

Client Reviews

Coach Craig bleeds football; this sport is his life source. I’ve had the privilege to coach alongside and learn from Craig and to say your gonna need to take notes is a understatement. One of my favorite quotes from Craig that he truly embodies is “greatness is in the details”. Craig definitely doesn’t leave any detail unnoticed!!
He pours his heart out and puts in time and effort to care for his players and treats them like his own children, he isn’t a soft coach he stands his ground and pushes his players to be at their max potential, any team who hires him would be lucky to have him!!!!!
One of the most educated training experts I've ever worked with....I've been playing football for 20+ years now and after a few workouts with him I'm learning stuff I never known before 💪
