More About Coach Courtney

I have over 8 years coaching/training athletes and over 15 years playing competitively. I coach beginners to the professional level. I have worked in college camps and AAU for AAU teams. I typically work with kids from ages 5-18.

I played for Prairie View A&M University Women's Basketball team. I was coached and mentored by 4x WNBA, 2x olympic gold-medalist athlete Cynthia Cooper. 2x SWAC Conference Champions, 2x NCAA tourney appearance.
H.S. 1,000 point scorer, over 800 assists.

I work on foundational to advanced footwork, elite ball handling, proper shooting techniques as well as game scenarios. I train athletes as WHOLE players. I do not train based on individual positions. I incorporate speed and agility, mobility and injury prevention exercises.
