I have trained all levels of athletes, high level college players, High school players, and middle school players. I am very passionate about getting athletes to their full potential whether it is being able to play in college or make their varsity high school team.

I was a 3 sports athlete at Winthrop High School and went on to play Division II college basketball at Bentley University for the legendary coach Barbara Stevens. I was an All American my Senior year ending my career with helping Bentley win the Division II National Championship in 2014.

All session with my worked around each client and what skills they need to work on to grow their game. I think fundamentals are key and they will always be worked on in each session.
