Experience: As a former player, I have trained children ages 7-21 on and off the last 4/5 years. Trained children with an Organization in Atlanta “The Skills Factory” back in 2014/2015.

College: 2 years at Jr.college, Cosumnes River College in Sacramento California;
This led to a full athletic scholarship to University of Indianapolis in Indiana.. After college I got a few NBA looks but nothing manifested. Played for ABA Champions Jacksonville Giants in Florida, most recently I was part of the 2016 NABL championship team the “Atlanta Show”.
I made second team All NABL as a starter and major contributor to the team.

-First we will warm up with light jogs/defensive slides for blood flow
-dynamic stretching and some yoga poses for better deep stretching
-warm up shooting drills that I specify
-Go into whatever The planned wkout is for client (I like to assess clients first to identify weaknesses, training is planned to work on 80% of clients weaknesses and 20% to their strengths, theory being the strengths will always remain in tack, but the weaknesses over time will join the initial strengths and create in turn what seems to be a Flawless Player.
