More About Coach Connor
I have about 4 years of training multiple levels of travel baseball. I train athletes anywhere between 8-17u, I work with all levels of the Dupage Hounds travel team, I worked with the Hitmen in 2018. I do not have any certifications in training, but I do have a lot of knowledge from my own experience through pro baseball to give to younger players.
I played 4 years in the Seattle Mariners org. Where I made two All-star teams, made it up to AAA Tacoma. I played at SIU Carbondale where I was a 4 year starter, made All conference and honorable mention multiple times.
I work on the basics depending on the skill level of the player, I will analyze what the player needs to become the best player they can. There’s a lot of drills I know about to help players succeed in the sport. It will start out with tee drills, then flips, then possibly to overhand.
