More About Coach Connor

Strength & Conditioning coach with experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels from grade school to D1. I specialize in making athletes as strong as physically possible. Strength is the base of all things athletic.

I played football in high school until a deltoid rupture ended that. I stepped away from traditional sports and into powerlifting where I have been very competitive and successful at the national level recently winning my weight class at 2019 XPC World’s held at the Arnold Sports Festival.

Strength is the base all of things athletic. Our sessions will center around all things strength, and build from there into power, speed, and agility training. This varies from athlete to athlete but has the same general flow. There is no substitute for strength, and no excuse for the lack of it.
