Client Reviews

My son loves working with Connor. Connor is extremely knowledgeable and has helped my son tremendously over the last 6 months. I highly recommend Connor.

I have been training with Coach Green for several months now and I can say he’s the best training coach i’ve had. He makes working out fun and very rewarding by challenging me mentally and physically to meet and exceed my goals. Thank you so much Coach Green
Coby and Abby both love going to Coach Green's classes! Coby especially enjoys the exercise in disguise. Connor uses creative games to put what they're learning into practice so it is fun and competitive. Abby is primed and ready to go play D1 soccer thanks to Connor's thoughtful guidance and training. I can see the physical results as well as the growth in their confidence since working with Coach Green!
My 13 year old son is so excited to go to his Green Light trainings each week! He loves working out with Coach Green. This has been a game changer especially during Co-vid pandemic.
Connor is a great trainer and coach! After not training for a whole year, I decided to start working with Connor and I have been totally satisfied every step of the way thus far. After one whole month of training, I can already see improvements in my strength and fitness as a whole. He is very attentive to all my needs and is incredibly knowledgeable about conditioning and sports as a whole. I would recommend Green Light Sports Performance to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape or someone who is looking to just simply move their body!
Connor is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic strength and conditioning coach who not only shares his abundance of knowledge with other coaches and athletes, but is also always a student of the weight room, learning new ways to help his athletes achieve sport specific success. This has helped with transferable skills that assist them in their athletic careers, even after they leave. Connor makes his workouts straightforward and accessible for any skill level, and does not sacrifice effectiveness for complexity. I have learned more as an assistant coach and athlete under Coach Green then I did as an athlete playing Division 3 Soccer.
I trained with Coach Green every summer going into cross country season. He made individual workouts for each person so they could focus on what would be most beneficial. Even in a class setting, he gave me personal attention to improve my form. His coaching made me physically and mentally stronger for each cross country season.
