More About Coach Colton

I have helped coach junior high teams and also high school teams during my college career during the off-season. I have played football my entire life and have learned different positions from many coaches. I believe in working smarter not harder when it comes to training for football or any sport. I enjoy working with junior high and high school but I would love to work with any age.

I believe the legs feed the wolf. Focusing on lower body strength and mobility is essential to becoming a better athlete. Strengthening the hips is key to moving at an elite level. Working cone/ ladder drills while focusing on hip level is important when getting out of breaks at every position. With quarterbacks we focus on fundamentals and movement in the pocket. (Depends on skill level) Also competitive drills teaches kids to compete at all times to be the best. At the end of the day the goal is to be the best you can be and to have fun doing it.
